Charming outdoor space to unwind after exploring nearby attractions, clean rooms with effective air conditioning, and a cute gesture from the staff made our wedding anniversary stay even more good 🎉🌿

Noise from neighboring rooms during the night could be disruptive, and breakfast options were rather limited.

I stayed in new-fashioned, airy room with a terrace, 2 windows plus clean bathroom...

clean, reasonable value hotel, its location was marvellous and fantastic and adjacent to restaurants and the hop on bus stop and train station and bars and restaurants. the a double room was well maintained and silent. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were terrace, a balcony, and a writing desk too. thanks to a great service i had a great stay.

I was horrified by the stale smell in my room, a true Venice experience, right? Then there's the good, tiny bathroom where my knees almost touched the sink, very cozy. I nearly considered a good review, but the lack of any complimentary gesture for my troubles was unforgivable. This place is definitely overhyped.

Charming small accommodation, superbly friendly staff, incredible location in the centre of Venice. Lovely sized and well-designed room with balcony, quiet ambiance. Good food combined with a good service.

Positive, Great location, just 200m from the main attraction. Beds are super comfy with good AC. The breakfast for €10 is solid, and the vending machine for water is a lifesaver. Plus, there's a nice courtyard to relax.

Central Location excellent, cleanliness superb,

Some staff quite miserable (clicking fingers really off putting), breakfasts very very basic. Felt like we were up to mischief sometimes. Quite expensive when we reviewed some other hotels.

I loved it!

The location near St Mark's Square stood out. I appreciated the clean room and the comfortable bed, made relaxing easy. Air conditioning worked well, a must in the summer heat. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, quite satisfying. There were many stairs to get to the lobby, a hassle with large luggage. There's no coffee setup in the room, and the coffee machine at the bar didn't dispense much. And to leave the key at the front desk felt insecure, as anyone could get it back without ID. Those points were frustrating for an otherwise good stay.

Great location just a few minutes from St Mark's Square and the waterbus stop. The staff was super friendly and always ready to recommend good places to eat nearby. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Don't miss the lovely breakfast options, very satisfying!

The only downside was that the key had to be left at the front desk every time we went out.
